恐提前拉警報　輕颱康芮估今午發海警

【綜合報導】第15號颱風康芮因持續北上逼近台灣東部外海，周四、周五將最接近台灣陸地的時候；中央氣象局今晨指出，將提前發布警報，最快今天中午前後發海上颱風警報，今天深夜或明天清晨恐發布陸警。

氣象局預估，明天起受到颱風外圍環流影響，全台各地將陸續轉為有陣雨或雷雨的天氣，周四、周五颱風最接近陸地時，西半部及東北部地區不排除有豪雨等級（24小時累積130毫米雨量）以上的降雨。
