機密公文案 扁請病假獲准

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕台北地院為調查前總統陳水扁涉及的侵占機密公文案，原本預定今天提訊扁出庭，但扁病況不佳，日前透過律師請假獲准。扁律師團仍期盼北院停止審判，向法院建議由扁的民間醫療小組成員、醫師陳勝順等人擔任醫療鑑定人，確認扁是否能繼續出庭，北院今將傳喚陳勝順、陳喬琪等兩名醫師確認意願。

扁律師鄭文龍昨表示，扁目前仍有腦萎縮和泌尿系統等嚴重問題，而泌尿系統的毛病疑來自腦病變，目前仍不宜出庭，他證實，上週檢附台中榮民總醫院開出的完整病歷後，向法院遞狀請假，北院已准假。

合議庭證實，根據律師提出的完整病歷資料，評議後同意讓扁請假，扁今天不必到庭。
