八里雙屍案開庭　死者友人批謝依涵「冷血動物」

【蔣永佑／台北報導】八里雙屍案今天再度開庭，合議庭今天上午將訊問被告、媽媽嘴前店長謝依涵，她遭檢方指控涉嫌下藥迷昏店內常客陳進福、張翠萍老夫婦，將夫婦倆先後帶往附近紅樹林內，再持刀殺害兩人，
 
由於謝依涵曾表示自己與陳進福間有不正常男女關係，她為了擺脫這段孽緣，期盼能與男友長相廝守，同時覬覦夫婦倆的財產，才決心殺害兩人。
 
上午合議庭將訊問謝女，這也是謝女在犯案後，首度公開在法庭上，說明案情、犯罪動機及殺人手法，上午死者陳進福的友人也到庭旁聽，他希望法官今天能還給家屬公道，對於謝女一再聲稱，與陳有不倫戀，陳的友人痛批：「她是冷血動物！」
