請問一下各位 如果和對方發生小擦撞(汽車煞車,摩托車沒煞住) 摩托車車主是否要負責比較高額的賠償金?(汽車烤漆) 各位會去原廠烤漆還是找私人修車廠?? 或是找保險公司賠償?? 因為這關係到摩托車車主負擔的金額 小弟的朋友沒經驗 想請教各位 如果碰到這種情形會如何處理 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.117.7
