中國時報 陳志祥／綜合報導 2014年03月16日 04:10 小字型中字型大字型 統一獅隊在官辦熱身賽中，由第4棒鄧志偉領軍，帶領方昶詠、黃恩賜等年輕好手，不斷 頂替老將的位置出賽，他們不急著篡位，卻看得見獅隊世代交替的影子，準備好等著機會 的降臨。 獅隊一直被認為球員年齡偏老，如何趕快培養新血頂上，成為總教練陳連宏的課題，在熱 身賽中經常可看到年輕新秀出賽，陳連宏說：「熱身賽的主要任務，就是把年輕球員準備 好。」 談到年輕球員，陳連宏有獨特的見解，講得眉飛色舞，近幾場熱身賽表現亮眼的中外野手 昶詠，陳連宏覺得他是很特立的球員，進入球場展現專注力，不會與隊友嘻嘻哈哈，可是 又不是不合群的人，讓陳連宏感到很新鮮。 今年已是職棒三年級生的內野手黃恩賜，也是陳連宏好奇而且看好的球員，他說：「黃恩 賜因為有陳鏞基壓住，所以出賽的機會較少，可是他不是不好，他的實力不錯，我看好他 的未來。」 今年也是三年級生的鄧志偉更不用說了，自從羅敏卿退役後，獅隊很久沒有左打的本土第 4棒，就看鄧志偉的能耐了。 http://www.chinatimes.com/newspapers/20140316000644-260111 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.235.214.48
