最新！　台南市府宣布龍燈建照失效

台南市政府最新消息公布，龍燈的建照已逾期開工，失效！台南市政府工務局剛剛緊急發布聲明表示，龍燈去年7月12日領得工務局核發的建造執照，申請主要用途為一般廠庫，依照規定龍燈應在今年4月12日前完成申報開工程序，如：整地、挖地、打樁或從事安全措施等工程，但經過市府人員勘查現場，確定並現場無實際工作，因此今天依法公告該張建造執照失去效力。
 
台南市政府再度強調，未來龍燈若再提出設廠申請時，市府一樣以最嚴格態度把關，只要對環境生態有汙染之虞，絕不會允許核准設廠，保障環境生態與市民健康權益。（李恩慈／台南報導）
