宜蘭警方查毒 起出疑遭竊藝品

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭29日電）宜蘭三星警方今天偵破一起毒品案時，意外查獲嫌犯涉嫌竊取大批藝品，呼籲失主前往認領。

宜蘭縣警察局三星警分局表示，專案小組日前接獲線報指出，1名李姓女子與3名男子涉嫌於縣內多處地方，販賣毒品牟利。

經員警掌握相關線索後，今天凌晨收網，將這4名嫌犯逮捕到案，除了在嫌犯屋內起出1.28公克海洛因與0.52公克安非他命毒品之外，也起出2面失竊車牌、一批電纜線及大批骨董藝品。

警方表示，雖然這4名嫌犯否認販毒和偷竊，但全案還是依相關證據，依違反「毒品危害防制條例」、「槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例」與刑法竊盜等罪嫌，全部移送宜蘭地方法院檢察署偵辦，並呼籲失主前往警分局認領。1040129
