標題[問題] 117號碼的計費問題

小弟在2月份申辦中華4G新春798的方案。(網外和市話都是贈送35分鐘) 3月份在emome查詢使用量的時候，發現網外的部分打了2分多鐘就被收了9元。 發現後打給客服詢問，說明情況後客服告知查詢的結果和我說的一樣，並說是「以撥打的 時間為計算基準，多出費用的部分可能是電腦的問題，到時候帳單會再扣除。」 結果本月收到帳單時，發現9元還是加在裡面，隨即再打一次客服詢問。 說明情況後客服表示會再進一步查詢，會再電話告知。 然後稍早就接到通知說，是因為我有撥打117報時台關係，不算在語音網外的部分，所以 會有9元的計費。 但我到emome的行動通話資費找撥打117的相關計費。是寫「依各費率方案撥打網外語音費 率計收」。 如果依照上述文字來看的話，這樣不是應該在贈送的35分鐘嗎？怎麼會說不算在語音 網外的部分？ 所以我想請問客服說的是正確的，還是我的認知有問題？ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.166.76.67 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1429589650.A.3D8.html
