生产设备：流水线、波峰焊、回流焊、剥线机、移印机、激光打标机、老化台、电烙铁、电器电工必备工具，以及一些扳手类，车床类、货架类、相关制工具夹具，变频电源，耐压机，这些事大部分设备。流程：研发中心设计输出，首次进行试生产，召开试生产准备会议，会议确定产品所需物料。物料到厂时间，所需制工具夹具，品质管控点，以及生产场地及设备准备，一切准备OK后开始进行试量产（小批量生产）。进行产品可行性评估，检验设计失效分析，制成失效分析，就是FMEA。试产由研发中心主导，其他部门进行辅助，试量产结束后，进行数据整理分析，问题分析报告（由研发中心出报告），找开始量产总结会议，根据前期定的产品直通率看试量产是否成功，是否可以进行量产，准备各种文件图纸，准备量产，大体的是这些
