理髮師狎少男網友 判刑10月

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北19日電）一名理髮師多年前認識少男網友，假意邀約剪髮卻乘機毛手毛腳猥褻少男。最高法院依妨害性自主罪判他10個月定讞。

根據法院判決，被告是名華僑，他在民國98年1月邀約被害人到位於台北的住家兼個人美髮工作室剪髮，卻乘機強脫被害人衣褲後毛手毛腳並自慰。

後來被告另外因為涉嫌性侵其他少男，遭檢警搜索住處查扣筆記本等物，清查交友關係，這起醜聞才浮上檯面。被告到案後辯稱看不懂中文，不知道被害人未滿14歲，否認猥褻對方。

法官根據扣案筆記本，發現被害人都是以阿拉伯數字寫下生日等個人資料，可見被告明知被害人未滿14歲，審酌他為滿足私慾，竟猥褻初識身心未成熟的少男，犯後否認犯行也未和被害人達成和解，依妨害性自主罪判刑10月，案經最高法院駁回上訴確定。1030419
