為甚麼台灣電台會出現FM 100.8 ICRT

大大您好
我自認是ICRT忠實的聽眾，每天都打開收音機
只是FM調頻系統在台灣是
AB.c MHz
87.5
且c(十分為)為奇數
就是因為大中小功率是以0.4/0.6/1(Mhz)隔開不同電台的頻道

廢話不多說~

就是問為甚麼會出現100.8

而不100.7或100.9
網路上說工程技術問題
是甚麼問題造成？
因為icrtfm100.8是服務雲嘉南的梅山轉播站
又有資料說當地地下電台多
會不會是影響因素？

又有網友抱怨過
為甚麼icrt嘉義發射站直到2010年才開撥
是中功率電台嗎？

我實在太好奇了
希望有在icrt工作的大大獲其他知道得大大能回答
