台中市衛生局追查用頂新問題牛油所製成的「金世紀酥油」流向，其中躍盛食品有限公司曾進貨10箱，再製成麵包流向國軍。

台中市政府衛生局主任秘書張瑞麟今天表示，市府衛生局接獲衛生福利部提供統清公司金世紀酥油的出貨名單，台中市有7家業者進貨，其中5家是烘焙業，躍盛食品有限公司是其中之一。

張瑞麟說，衛生局今天派稽查員前去躍盛公司，查出業者曾進貨10箱，但現場已無「金世紀酥油」存貨。業者用酥油加入大吐司、全麥吐司、墨西哥吐司等7項產品，並供貨給國防部福利事業管理處。

業者向稽查人員表示，公司向統清公司採購的金世紀酥油加入麵包等副食品製程，製作的麵包再供應給國軍部隊，每週約供應3到5天，每次製作600到800份麵包等副食品。(中央社)
