【JR全日本通票】指定席問題

大家好,

我遇到一些有關JR全日本通票的疑問，因為我之前上網看過很多部落格文章，大家都有教導如何預約指定席，而我也有到各大網站看過，得到認知當使用【JR全日本通票】時，預約使用指定席時不需追加使用指定席的附加費，我今天JAL的日航天地購買【JR全日本通票】時，想要確認使用指定席是否不需附加費的問題，但職員卻回答當使用【JR全日本通票】乘搭指定席，均需附加費，特此來信重新確認。

另外，我也重新到【[url]http://www.japanrailpass.net/】查看有關資料，在【指定席的預約方法】裡看到《只要出示日本鐵路周遊券即可利用自由席》，還有《預定座位不需要追加費用。在預定指定席之際，請事先到JR車站的旅行中心、綠色窗口或者JR指定的旅行社的店舖出示日本鐵路周遊券，領取座位指定券。》並沒有提到需要追加指定席費用，而JAL日航天地給我的英文小冊子裡也寫著《Seat reservations can be made without additional payment》，令我對有關問題更加想不清楚，希望能夠幫忙解答，謝謝
