台大法學院長：「沒把馬英九教好！」

台大法律學院及台灣本土法學雜誌，下午二時在台大法律學院舉辦「公民不服從」(抵抗權)的啟動及界限的座談會，討論三一八學生進駐國會的程序正當性及相關民刑事法律效果。
 
由於交大校長日前向警方道歉說「沒有把學生教好！」引發爭議，但台大法律學院院長謝銘洋致詞時說，交大校長沒資格講那句話，最有資格講這句話的是台大法律學院，謝說：「我們真的沒有把學生教好，沒把馬英九教好！」並指服貿是國家大事，執政者卻迴避監督，而政府失能後，學生才站出來，展開公民不服從運動，但事後竟被秋後算帳、司法追殺。
