中信兄弟與統一獅12日在天母對戰，賽前中信兄弟領隊陳正宏召集全隊講話，比賽開打，中信兄弟打擊完全發揮，「恰恰」彭政閔、陳家駒各轟1支全壘打，5局結束，中信兄弟8比6領先統一獅。

陳正宏賽前表示「我們不怕輸球，只怕球員輸了精神，我對他們最近很失望，不是因為輸球，而是沒有拿出精神；在我們球隊，態度很重要，態度不好的球員，我寧願放二軍，沒有真的想贏的精神，有再好的球員都不會贏」。

陳正宏說重話，中信兄弟球員此戰打起精神，1局上面對獅隊先發投手廖文揚，張正偉、彭政閔、張志豪、黃仕豪連敲安打，攻下4分；3局上彭政閔轟陽春砲（本季第2轟）。

中信兄弟新秀投手王則鈞先發，前2局讓獅隊六上六下，3局下獅隊靠4支安打攻下4分，4局下再拿2分，反以6比5領先，王則鈞投完4局失6分退場，第5局由羅國華接替。

廖文揚先發4.2局，5局上又被彭政閔、黃仕豪連敲安打失1分退場，高建三上場接替投球，陳家駒轟2分彈，這是他在中職的第1轟。
