本報訊

華南銀行主辦，日盛國際租賃新台幣32億元聯貸案完成簽約，募得資金將用來充實中期營運周轉金及償還既有債務。

華銀表示，聯貸案由華銀擔任額度管理銀行、台灣銀行擔任擔保品管理銀行，其他聯貸銀行團成員包括土地銀行、第一銀行、兆豐銀行、台新銀行、元大銀行、彰化銀行、農業金庫等9家銀行。

華銀指出，日盛國際租賃是日盛企業集團主要企業之一，提供包括大貨(卡)車、中大型客車、營建機具吊車及挖土機、砂石車、預拌車等營業用車輛分期付款業務，頗受國內各大企業及其往來客戶肯定，目前為國內前三大重車租賃公司之一。(中央社)
