資策會MIC預估，2015年台灣有線通訊產業產值約新台幣4459億元，較今年4075億元成長9.4%。

MIC指出，全球營運商對VDSL2 vectoring布建需求持續，CABLE寬頻產品DOCSIS 3.0標準，因頻道結合(channel bonding)技術升級，加上資料中心、行動基地台的光收發器持續成長等利多因素帶動，預期2015年台灣有線通訊產業可持續成長。

在寬頻接取方面，MIC表示，電信業者對智慧家庭應用持續關注，家庭閘道器需求提升，預期2015年DSL及CABLE寬頻終端出貨機種，將會升級具有3x3 MIMO天線、Wi-Fi 11ac 2.4/5GHz同步雙頻規格機種，預估2015年Broadband CPE整體產值，可受惠高階機種比重提升。
