（中央社記者楊思瑞台南5日電）今年的台南清燙牛肉節主場活動，明天上午在永康區大 橋夜市登場，現場提供750碗牛肉湯免費品嚐，邀民眾見證台南好味道。 台南市政府觀光旅遊局指出，舉辦多年的清燙牛肉節，就是要向外推廣台南這道好滋味。 今年特別邀請9家台南知名店家現場設攤料理烹煮，讓大家看得到也吃得到，並提供現場 販售。 市府觀光旅遊局指出，台南牛肉湯以吃牛肉原味為主打，沒有複雜的烹調過程與調味，新 鮮牛肉直接淋上費時熬煮的大骨湯，保證吃得新鮮。國產牛肉強調新鮮直送，屠宰後到送 入客人嘴裡的時間很短；店家每天分4批進貨，保有黃金品嚐6小時的原則，讓顧客嚐到最 鮮甜的牛肉湯。 市府觀光旅遊局指出，明天活動現場將分別在11時30分、12時30分、下午1時30分，提供 共750碗免費牛肉湯供民眾品嚐；另外，還可參與趣味競賽拿好禮、欣賞精彩藝文演出。 http://ppt.cc/qIYa -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.219.110 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1417777526.A.80B.html
