開google map最好還是吃到飽(呃, 日本吃到飽還是有上限啊, 超過會限速之類的).

有一家Horizon WIFI的可以參考看看.

上次我是買b-mobile的prepaid SIM啦, 5+1天吃到飽899, 剛好可以cover七天的旅遊(最後一天不用上網這樣)

個人不太喜歡3G WIFI, 因為比較吃電. ipad mini 3G上網用一整天沒問題, 開wifi就不敢保証了.
