電腦選購問題請各位大大幫我看一下

各位大大好

目前有要更換電腦因為個人不是很了解所以請各位大大幫我看一下
電腦需求可以開實況(Twitch)及一邊打遊戲LOL/SF 和可以玩GTA(俠盜獵車手)
及LOL遊戲時網頁可以切換不會LAG 擋掉

因為之前得電腦玩GTA5 實在LAG的可以慢動作根本玩不了以及開實況玩LOL很LAG
LOL遊戲中切換網頁會擋掉
