4月1日白狼路過立院，其中高唱中華民國頌破音的新黨青年委員會主席王炳忠，一夕暴紅。

他的歌聲不僅被製作成手機鈴聲，現在又有網友發揮創意，KUSO美國賭城獨立搖滾樂團Imagine Dragons歌曲It's Time，讓聽過的網友直言「又有一個神曲出來了」、「聽原曲的時候無法阻止腦內想起腫花皿鍋」、「為什麼可以這麼好聽」、「英文翻譯太神了」、「看好久才懂尺0￠」。（隋昊志／綜合報導）
