阿舍爭商標　輸阿霞不服

台南熱門網購食品「阿舍乾麵」，以「阿舍食堂a-sha.com」註冊商標，但被智慧財產局以台南知名台菜餐廳阿霞飯店已註冊「A-SHA」商標、易生混淆打回票，阿舍不服，控告智財局欲爭商標，但法院日前仍判敗訴。
 
今日《蘋果》報導，阿霞飯店在2009就已註冊「A-SHA」商標，智財局認為「阿舍食堂a-sha.com」的商標中與阿霞飯店的「A-SHA」商標音譯雷同，恐會讓消費者混淆，但阿舍認為，兩者圖案在樣式上差很多，僅有「A-SHA」這個英文相同，辨識度高、不會造成消費者混淆。目前阿舍表示，將等收到判決書後在進一步做打算。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
