班機延誤3小時　旅客控態度敷衍

北市1名鄒姓女子投訴，清明連假搭乘國泰航空公司班機，往返香港與台灣，4月6日搭CX402班機返台時，延誤3個小時，深夜11點才抵台，航空公司不協助旅客、態度敷衍，讓她很不滿。
 
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，班機因機場調度、零件檢查，延遲3小時，空服人員曾承諾，抵台將替旅客妥善安排返家交通事宜，但抵達台灣後國泰地勤人員卻一問三不知，令鄒女氣憤。業者回應，旅客因延誤衍生的交通費用，可憑收費單據向航空公司申請補助。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
