半身不遂坐輪椅 男照樣販毒

〔自由時報記者何宗翰、蔡彰盛／竹市報導〕坐輪椅也販毒！新竹市刑大昨天破獲「大頭貴」販毒集團，發現2年前因毒品糾紛中彈的彭姓男子，半身不遂坐輪椅照樣販毒。

刑警大隊偵二隊1月獲報，以「大頭貴」徐運貴為首的販毒集團，長期在新竹縣市、桃園一帶，販賣海洛因、安非他命等毒品，隊長葉政蔚組成專案小組，報請新竹地檢署指揮偵辦，擴大追查。

專案小組蒐證發現，徐運貴有多項毒品前科，24小時全天候等待購買毒品電話，好像從不睡覺，毒蟲一有需求，立即約定交易地點，販毒量大，不但自己吸毒，親友也跟著吸。

其中，彭姓成員2年前因毒品糾紛中槍，導致半身不遂，以輪椅代步，自恃監所不會羈押、執行，竟為販毒集團利用，擔任聯絡、媒介。

警方跟監販毒集團交易網絡，發現購毒者除了青少年學生，還有科技業工程師、餐飲店老闆、貨運工等，昨天新竹地檢署檢察官侯少卿指揮市刑大、少年隊、保安隊及新竹海巡隊等單位，兵分多路，在新竹縣市查獲徐運貴等16人到案，並起獲海洛因10公克、安非他命201公克，全案依毒品罪嫌移送新竹地檢署偵辦。
