捷運太擠　火爆哥互毆被訴

去年9月28日下班期間，台北捷運板南線行經忠孝新生站時，因為車廂乘客爆多，其中倪姓、黃姓2名男子，因為互相推擠而爆發口角。

由於2人在車廂內越吵越兇，黃男突然動手壓住倪男，倪男反手撥開，造成黃往後撞到車廂壁、跌坐在地，此時倪嗆聲：「你都倒在地上還能怎樣」、「廢物」。

2人的梁子越結越大，當黃男在台北車站下車後，見到倪男同時下車，就上前堵住對方去路，雖然黃男打不過倪男，多次被對方摔倒在地，仍趁機突襲，雙方因此掛彩，互告傷害。

台北地檢署進行調查，並傳喚雙方出庭，但2人怨氣沒消，堅持提出告訴，由於雙方受傷，檢察官只好依傷害罪，將2人提起公訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
