餐廳名稱：21招待所 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：帝寶旁的仁愛路3段5巷1弄21號 電話：27710377 營業時間： 每人平均價位：3000 http://blog.xuite.net/yakifone/wretch/224295971 這一篇是去年10月的舊食記 因為無名小站沒啦 我的食記旅記也覺得不起勁不想寫了 不過最近想繼續記錄 就把照片再拿出來記 這家是"趙時機"擔擔麵的關係企業 據說常招待名人 (但實在有點久了 說不定這家店也不見了說不定) 我們最喜歡的是他的鴨肝飯 還有海瓜子炊飯 剛好是一濃郁一清爽 鴨肝飯是用鴨油把鴨肝炒香 還要再炒蘑菇 裡面有加入一點松露 增加香氣 還有以白菜為基底 其實吃起來很像是有濃郁鴨肝滋味 又有松露香氣 蘑菇軟脆口感 上面還有溫泉蛋液流出的港式烤白菜!! 海瓜子炊飯也可能上的是栗子飯 就是用新鮮的海瓜子 很大量不小氣 的放到飯裡同蒸 很清爽 當作一整道會宴的結尾相當不錯 因為我們都是普通人 這次吃飯是一個有錢同事請的 就當作一個紀錄 給同時代的大家當作參考 在21世紀10年代 台北有這樣的招待所 http://blog.xuite.net/yakifone/wretch/224295971 感謝收看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.185.80.178 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1403946914.A.618.html
