女大生摔死 YouBike沒保險

如果針對車速路況..
很久以前台中后豐自行車道有段涵洞發生死亡事故.說是太快.後來去騎了一次.實在是緩緩坡
很久以前台北市復北地下道發生死亡事故.也說是太快.後來經過.也沒什麼特別陡
我覺得車子是車把高.下坡不易控制.且不熟悉煞車.才發生意外
常騎車不代表每台Ubike狀況都一模一樣
不是自已的車.不了解車況就..還是慢慢騎吧

如果是保險理賠
駕駛人個人行為.既非機械問題又不是道路瑕疵.我不知道保險要賠什麼.只有自己投保的意外險吧
