屏東縣鹽埔鄉呂姓鄉長參選人，涉嫌以每票新台幣1000元向選民買票，檢方依違反選罷法聲押後，法院今天裁定30萬元交保。

屏東地檢署表示，呂姓鄉長參選人由他本人、2名林姓親戚及謝姓樁腳，先取得選舉人名冊後，以每人每票1000元，向鹽埔鄉地區有投票權人買票。

檢警昨天在呂姓鄉長參選人住處扣得現金新台幣76萬元與人民幣2萬9600元，並傳喚被告5名與證人16名到案進行說明。

檢方訊後，將呂姓鄉長參選人、林姓親戚與謝姓樁腳，依違反選罷法，且有勾串共犯與湮滅證據情形聲押。法院今天開羈押庭，裁定呂姓鄉長參選人30萬元、林姓5萬元、謝姓3萬元交保。

全案仍持續偵辦中，檢方呼籲收到可疑賄款選民能主動向地檢署自首並將所收賄款現金繳回。(中央社)
