晶圓代工廠聯電宣布與德商英飛凌簽約，將以12吋晶圓為英飛凌生產汽車功耗半導體產品。

聯電表示，過去已為英飛凌生產邏輯晶片超過15年，雙方決定進一步擴展合作至汽車電子的功耗半導體領域。

聯電指出，英飛凌SPT9產品是結合微控制器智能與功耗技術於單一晶方，過去英飛凌是以自家0.13微米製程技術生產。

聯電表示，英飛凌將把STP9產品技術逐步轉移至聯電12吋廠生產，預計2018年初將正式投產。(中央社)
