冷氣團一波波，一名木工因胸悶求診，卻被送急診，木工狐疑有那麼嚴重嗎，結果檢出3條心血管阻塞，趕緊裝上支架救命。

台南市郭綜合醫院家醫科醫師廖健男今天指出，一名64歲的王姓木工，12日因胸悶到醫院求診，候診時，護理師發現木工臉色蒼白，覺得不對勁，醫師查看後建議立刻送急診室。

木工身體一向不錯，自認只是天氣轉變才不舒服，心想拿個止痛藥就行，卻被要求送急診，直覺「有那麼嚴重嗎」；醫師見狀以心電圖先檢查，發現木工心肌梗塞，病情嚴重，證實有3條心血管阻塞，馬上送心導管室裝上支架救命。

廖健男表示，冷氣團一波波來襲，因心血管阻塞症狀不明顯，年紀較大、有抽菸、糖尿病等症狀的高危險群，在天氣劇變時一定要小心注意。(中央社)
