換新手機舊手機裡的檔案問題

因為我12/31要續約
可是我現在蝴蝶機裡的東西
包含所有照片和影片
我不太知道說到底哪些是存在手機裡
哪些是存在記憶卡裡
請問有人知道怎麼看嗎
如果說我有些是存在手機裡
我希望說換手機後
這些存在蝴蝶裡的東西也可以移到新手機
我是不是要先把蝴蝶機接到電腦
先把所有東西先移到電腦裡
然後換新手機後
再把新手機接線接到電腦
再把電腦裡舊手機東西移到新手機裡嗎
