廉政署搜大同鄉公所 帶走鄉長

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭13日電）宜蘭縣大同鄉公所今天突然遭法務部廉政署搜索，已將鄉長陳成功共5人帶走偵訊。

大同鄉公所秘書賴文富說，廉政署上午會同檢調人員持搜索票，到鄉公所調查搜索，要求鄉公所提供民國102年之後新台幣10萬元以下不用經招標程序的小型工程相關資料，並將陳成功、財經課長劉智勇與3名財經課員帶走偵訊。

他表示，廉政署的行動讓鄉公所感到很突然與訝異，也不便對相關搜索人員提問原因。

宜蘭地方法院檢察署表示，案件正在調查中，不便對外透露。1040113
