前日(2月7日)，Super Junior亮相上海梅德賽斯賓士中心，舉行了巡迴演唱會「SUPER SHOW6 in SHANGHAI」，吸引萬名粉絲。

演唱會上，Super Junior陸續演唱了《MAMACITA》、《MR.SIMPLE》等人氣曲目和專輯其他收錄曲。而小分隊的表演、成員們魅力十足的個人舞臺、換裝秀等多種多樣的表演令粉絲大呼過癮。三個小時的演唱會上成員們共表演了30首歌曲。

小分隊Super Junior-M演唱了《Swing》的中文版，圭賢和周覓以中文演唱了《在光華門》和《REWIND》。

粉絲們不僅以韓語跟唱了Super Junior的歌曲，更各種應援方式感動所有成員。當《ISLAND》音樂響起時，粉絲們用螢光棒組成THIS IS LOVE。而成員們演唱《從你開始》時，眾人則舉起了寫有THANK U LOVE U的橫幅。

演出當天的上海浦東國際機場聚集了數百名只為親眼目睹偶像風采的粉絲們。為了安全起見，機場方面安排Super Junior走VIP通道離開。
