標題[請益] Qnap/聯陽

今天面試完有一些口頭offer，他們希望我這禮拜五前回覆意願，目前有猶豫兩間。 Qnap軟韌體研發工程師，竹北高鐵站旁，主要做NAS，二面完主管希望我進去，他會給 一個禮拜考慮，這邊的部門member非常年輕。第一次面試我的兩位工程師前輩給我的 感覺非常好，檢討筆試題目卷時針對我比較不會的部分耐心講解與提示，很愉快的面 試。pay未知，或許可以請內部的前輩偷偷的透漏給我知道。 聯陽則是wifi部門，我以前是通訊所畢業，跟我的背景比較有關，人資表示這邊的上 下班時間比較正常，也有跟我講一些福利與透露一點點的pay，算是正常range，面試 時有連過兩位主管(部門主管與更上面的副理)到人資，他表示這一兩天會電話告知我 offer核薪結果，機會應該很大。 請問依照這兩間的內部氣氛與CP值，哪間會比較推薦。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.129.28.99 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423490966.A.D88.html
