旅行社業務捲款　283人受害

台北市全盛旅行社黃姓女業務員上月26日捲走283名旅客的463萬元機票款後神隱，有受害民眾到機場報到才發現機位已遭取消，事情爆發後，觀光局已在今天邀全盛旅行社、品保協會及雄獅等開票旅行社協調。會中開票旅行社同意重新開票給受害旅客，再由業者向品保協會申請代償。
 
不過，因捲款失蹤的黃姓女業務員也一併把購買機票的客人資料帶走，觀光局呼籲，若還有其他受害旅客，可檢具相關資料向品保協會聯繫申訴，品保協會電話：02-25068185。
 
全盛旅行社負責人盧正芳表示，這名黃姓女業務員在公司已有12、3年，是專門負責網路訂票業務， 突然捲款不知去向，甚至把所有旅客資料一併帶走，公司也是受害者，雖遭觀光局勒令停業，公司還是會負責善後，保障受害客人的權益。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
