【消夜文】好香好甜的奶油煎香蕉

4歲的咪咪搬了張小板凳站在廚房流理台前，看著媽媽幫她做早餐，原本還笑咪咪的，但當雞蛋打入碗裡，媽媽以打蛋器將蛋黃戳破，咪咪立刻沉下臉，「哇」的一聲就哭了出來，嚇得媽媽不知所措。
 
「說好蛋要給我打的……妳怎麼自己打了……。」咪咪邊哭邊說。
 
媽媽安撫了好一會兒，只好再拿出一顆蛋，好聲好氣說：「麻煩妳幫我忙打蛋。」咪咪這才破涕為笑。蛋汁加了牛奶打勻，讓吐司吸飽蛋汁，煎成法式吐司，最後上頭灑了些砂糖，搭配奶油煎香蕉入口，咪咪吃得好開心，直說「我每天都要幫忙打蛋，天天吃這個，我都不會吃膩。」

奶油香蕉吐司
材料：吐司1片、香蕉1根、奶油1塊、蛋1顆、牛奶少許
準備：香蕉去皮切片，奶油放室溫軟化。
做法：蛋加牛奶打勻，放入吐司浸泡。奶油加熱融化，放入香蕉片煎軟後取出，放吐司以奶油煎香，鋪上煎香蕉即可。若喜歡甜一點，煎香蕉時可灑點砂糖。
