及時有問題 奇摩也有問題

去知識+找了雅虎的客服

打不進去..

也沒有服務或申訴信箱

都只有問與答 卻沒有我要的答案

主要問題有幾點

第一

由於我的即時通 是工作聯絡客人在用的 所以 我一直都是用暱稱

不知從哪時候開始 我的本名 已經全部都被看光光 哪來的隱私?

第二

我至少有10個即時 註冊後沒有多久 就無法登入

要更便密碼 進入後 就會出現無效的網頁

第三

我及時得好友 怎們砍 都砍不掉 登出之後 就又復原

沒有用的好友砍不掉 隨時都還有當機的風險

不要在說是我電腦太爛 我已經換了一台全新的電腦

請求改善 是否是因為 不敢放客服電話或信箱 怕會被灌爆一樣?
