教養院虛報人頭 詐領200萬補助款

台南龍崎區裡的龍崎教養院，被人密報從民國96年到去年共六年的時間，院方向衛福部虛報生服員以及教保員詐領了200多萬元，檢警人員調查發現，院方以離職的廚工跟司機等等，用離職員工當人頭，虛報生服員及教保員來詐領每年3萬元到12萬元不等的補助金，這間龍琦教養院培養院生不少才藝，並且參與社區活動義務演出，良好的形像讓社區民眾都很肯定，負責人詐領補助金被揭發，大家都很訝異。

大批檢警人員來到龍崎教養院進行搜索，檢調人員在辦公室裡查閱相關文件，還有一批人到院區的另一個辦公室搜查，如此的大動作，就因為這間合格立案的龍崎教養院被密報，從民國96年開始，向衛福部詐領補助金，以離職員工當人頭，充當生服員或教保員，每年向衛福部申請3萬到12萬元不等的補助金，前前後後領了6年，詐領了200多萬。

位於台南的這間龍崎教養院，院方常常帶著院生，在社區活動裡義務演出，院方豎立良好形象，讓附近居民都相當肯定，沒想到現在卻被爆出詐領保補助金，是不是利用院生詐財，錢進到私人口袋中飽私囊，檢調還在調查，只是醜事被揭發，讓社區民眾都難以置信。
