【消夜文】冷食熱嘗都美味的南瓜煮

阿愉和我甚麼都互補，連吃東西也是。阿愉是標準的貓舌頭，只要給她一碗熱呼呼的飯，所有菜冷冷吃也無妨，太燙的食物反而不受她青睞；而我則是一定要看著食物冒煙才肯吃。
 
這天我難得做了南瓜煮，熱騰騰上桌時，阿愉筷子連動都不動，只顧著吃其他菜，眼看著白飯都扒完了，她還是沒有動筷子，就在我以為她吃飽時，她才悠悠地挾了南瓜，還以手指碰了一下，阿愉說：「總算涼了，我等好久了，南瓜煮就是要冷冷吃才好吃。」
 
蘋果花：涼掉的菜，有人喜歡真好。
 
南瓜煮
材料：南瓜1/4顆、柴魚醬油2大匙、味醂2大匙、水200ml
做法：南瓜先微波2分鐘，稍微變軟後切塊，加柴魚醬油、味醂、水煮煮軟即可。
