母親男友逞獸慾 2少女遭殃

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣11日電）苗栗吳姓男子涉嫌性侵同居女友的2名未成年女兒，母女3人起初擔憂無處可去不敢作證，直到分手才吐實；男子今天遭起訴。

根據苗栗地檢署公布的起訴書指出，吳姓男子自民國98年起至去年，多次在苗栗縣頭份鎮住處對同居女友與前夫所生的2名年幼女伸出魔爪，以手指或生殖器性侵得逞。

檢警調查，兩名未成年少女首次受害時，均僅就讀國小六年級，吳男分別利用與少女獨處或同睡一房時，強行脫去對方衣褲逞獸慾；直到少女向親友吐露，事件才曝光。

檢警初步審理時，母女3人擔心往後無處可去，不敢指認，吳男獲不起訴處分；但事後兩人分手，女子改向檢警證稱吳男曾坦承對女兒性侵。

受害少女也一改先前證詞，表示之前說吳男沒做不禮貌的事，是「因為害怕沒地方住」。

苗栗檢方根據相關證述及鑑定報告等資料偵查終結，今天依刑法加重強制性交罪嫌，將吳姓男子提起公訴。1030411
