馬英九總統已經同意在府內接見反服貿抗議學生代表，仍堅守立法院議場的學生代表，目前正在緊急召開內部會議，並將在稍後下午3點召開記者會做出回應。

反服貿學運至今已進入第8天，在重新得到空調，改善議場內的空氣品質後，部分學生們也動手清理打掃議場，讓議場內顯得稍微整潔一點。

此外，有自稱是替代役的網友爆料指稱，立委似乎想對佔領立院的學生繼續採取放任態度，但為了維持立院運作，將暫時移師至位於台中霧峰區中正路的立院中部辦公室召開議會，但此項消息可信度頗讓人質疑。
