林口,還是有先天上的氣候因素,房價多少因人而異,3年前在東明2街買17萬,現在中古價26p,鄰居買了2年還沒賣出去,如果版上有大大有興趣,可以來看看,賽x亞社區只有10戶,雙拼别宿大概105-110坪,
林口只要可以適應它的天氣,生活機能說好不好,假日可以騎腳踏車晃晃,空屋率很高,濃霧潮溼風大,生活機能都要靠交通工具,無法靠11路,會走死.上述給有興趣當鄰居的人做參考,
