美國情報官員今天表示，情報資訊初步分析顯示，擊落馬航客機的飛彈來自烏克蘭東部境內的分離組織。

不具名的美國情報官員透露，烏克蘭東部分離組織和烏克蘭與俄羅斯邊境的俄軍，雙方持有的防空飛彈，能夠擊中約1萬公尺民航客機飛行高度的只有SA-11與SA-20飛彈。

官員指出，情報資料顯示俄軍與分離份子均未在當地部署SA-20飛彈，俄羅斯支持的烏國分離份子在烏國東境，以布克飛彈系統（Buk Missile System）發射的SA-11飛彈擊中馬航MH17班機的可能性最大。

官員強調，初步情資無法確定，分離份子持有的布克飛彈系統是由俄羅斯方面取得，還是戰事期間，直接自烏克蘭方面轉移。

美方對馬航事件態度相當謹慎，烏方雖強烈指責俄羅斯當局必須負責，但白宮與國務院暫未將矛頭指向莫斯科當局。(中央社)
