不過科技業實在跟別的行業不大一樣 以GG來說 超過40歲的除了老闆 人資 OP之外 很少看到40歲以上的設備 製程 RD等等 可是其他產業 會看到60歲還在開大卡車的 可是就算是幸福企業的GG 要看到50歲的設備工程師(非老闆) 幾乎是不可能的 有人說老了不耐操 再怎樣工程師也沒卡車司機累把 40歲了 如果當設備10年以上 應該也摸透不少機台了把 總比一些連六角都不會用的畢業生好多了 可是真的很難看到40歲以上的工程師 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.195.161 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423744310.A.77F.html
