抽一根菸　燒掉兩幢樓屋頂

阮姓男子（53歲）去年3月在八德市承租一幢透天厝的一、二樓，去年5月7日晚間，他疑似在二樓房間抽菸後，因樓下有朋友到訪，即匆匆下樓聊天，未料沒多久樓上冒出火光，並迅速延燒，造成透天厝和隔壁幢的屋頂燒毀；案經現場勘驗後，因起火點的二樓未檢測出油氣、也沒使用任何電器，屋內的垃圾桶卻有許多煙蒂殘留，研判係抽菸所引起，儘管阮男否認係其抽煙所致，但桃園地檢署根據現場跡証等依公共危險罪嫌將他起訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
