接手親戚的二手車遇到的問題， 我這親戚有申請中低收入戶， 實際上有房產、老公和小孩， 為了維持這身份所以設定上是獨自拉拔小孩的單親媽媽， 很多金流上也是跟親友借人頭開戶， 一開始我以為她有錢換新車才要處理掉舊車， 而且是跟我媽談好我媽掛車主兼貸款， 錢的部份對方付，而且保證人掛對方， 後來才知道連頭期款都要用借的， 討論之後還是借了一部份，借據也簽了， 現在有些疑慮我想瞭解一下， 爬文有看到車子過戶後貸款無法取消， 我擔心對方借的錢無法如期償還， 或是貸款支票時不時的逾期才繳影響到車主的銀行授信評等， 是否有其他制約或懲罰機制？ 說真的，錢都借車都牽了真有個萬一，其實權益早就受損， 只是能不能至少讓對方也不好過， 例如變賣車子(代款未繳清記得是無法變賣的?) 放著讓車子被銀行扣押 揭發冒領中低收入戶的身份= =" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.57.180 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1411314787.A.FA5.html
