戶政所主任請客　申辦自然人換雷神

雷神巧克力在台引發搶購熱潮，有錢未必買得到。高雄市旗津區戶政事務所明起卻將進行「辦戶政送黑雷神」活動，明起民眾到該事務所申辦自然人憑證、人別確認者，都可免費獲贈一個黑雷神巧克力與貝殼鑰匙圈，送完為止。
 
高雄市旗津區戶政事務所主任楊進祿表示，台灣社會近來因物價上漲、薪資不漲，充滿焦慮與不安，因此，他決定自掏腰包創造民眾的小確幸；他託在日本的友人購買400個黑雷神巧克力，再空運來台，一共花了7000多元，明起將免費發放洽公的民眾。
