台中獨棟泳池豪墅　總價1.5億起

房市北冷南熱，傳貴婦團與投資人把目光轉到中南部市場，寶鯨建設329檔期在台中12期推1戶1泳池、會館式豪墅莊園「富椿莊」，每戶1.5億元起，成為該區首個Villa度假莊園建案，吸引金字塔頂端族群。

「富椿莊」基地面積800坪，規劃9戶獨棟豪墅，地坪80~107坪、建坪250~350坪，地下1樓、地上5樓，寶鯨建設董事長馮時傑表示，其中2戶已談定，為台商、企業主。

12期位於台中水湳經貿園區旁，市府砸500億打造園區基礎建設，預計年底即完工，馮時傑指出，12期近5年地價漲了2~3倍，新大樓開價1坪約40萬元起跳，「富椿莊」近逢甲生活商圈路程僅5~10分鐘，又位在靜巷內，生活機能到位。（王筱君／台中報導）
