新北市長朱立倫今（24）日宣布競選連任，民進黨新北市長參選人游錫堃表示，「終於找到對手了」！對於朱立倫提出做滿四年的保證，游錫堃說，「朱立倫的承諾完全不可信」。

游錫堃表示，馬金的頭腦還算清楚，知道國民黨選情並不樂觀，除了朱立倫以外，其他人都難和他抗衡，朱立倫才會不得不表態。游指出，但朱立倫擔任新北市長三年多來，三環三線跳票、誇口18萬4千戶的社會住宅只蓋11戶、都更牛步、公辦托育中心則成了樂透式社會福利。他說，在在顯示朱立倫根本無心市政，讓新北市市政空轉，相信新北市民的眼睛是雪亮的。

至於朱立倫承諾選上就做滿四年，游錫堃說，朱立倫既然要競選連任，為何這麼晚才宣布？為什麼在葉世文案爆發後，朱的態度急轉直下？新北市不應該變成任何政治人物的跳板。游指出，大家都知道朱是「吃碗內看碗外」，桃園縣長任期沒有做滿，行政院副院長也做不到一年就落跑，早有前例可循，「朱的承諾當然不可以相信」。

媒體問到，葉世文案是否和朱立倫有關？游錫堃說，葉世文主導的新北市浮洲合宜住宅和朱立倫難脫關係，相關單位正調查中，相信有一天會水落石出。
