手機和門號是兩回事

一般電信業者會門號搭配手機這樣只是為了綁住一個顧客
穩賺他的錢而已

因為不論綁哪種約就算不使用也一定要繳錢且那筆費用只可能
多繳不可能少繳

手機會綁門號只是這樣會用較低價格購入而已

電信業者是營利事業不是慈善事業因此100%會用所謂優惠
去慫恿消費者綁約

網卡又不需要購買

上網本身只是一種加值服務他有月租以及預付卡可選擇

不過要切記所有電信業者一定是會說綁約後比較划算之類的
用這種方式去洗腦消費者
